What they are and how we use them
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This site uses only technical cookies, which do not require consent, and third-party tools that activate only if you choose so in the banner. We use no analytics or profiling cookies of our own.
Technical cookies

- WordPress — login and security cookies for the admin area, used only by the people who manage the site; session or a few days.
Browser storage (not cookies)
The game “Challenge Marta” saves your best time in your browser (mm_best), without sending it to anyone.
Third-party content, only with your consent
Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, via youtube-nocookie.com) content stays blocked until you accept marketing cookies in the banner. After consent these services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address, also for profiling purposes: their own policies apply (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube / Google). If you do not consent, the site still works and you find a link to open the profile directly on the social network.
How to give, change or withdraw consent
You can accept, reject or choose categories in the banner at your first visit. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage consent” button always available on the site, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings: the banner will reappear on your next visit.
